Toshiba NAND is cropping up in quite a few SandForce SSDs lately, especially high performance models like the new OWC Mercury Extreme Pro 6G, OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS, and the Patriot Wildfire... all of which use their very fast 3xnm toggle NAND.
